  Currently working in a corporative video for a snow machines company. As well as editing the short film "Residuos" from director Sigui Torres, we got a pre-edited piece of 18 minutes and working in the opening tittles.

  The short film "Residuos" from director Sigui Torres carries on in the editing room. A 15 minutes cut for festivals is nearly done, and the opening credits are completed. It can be watched by clicking the link below.

  After taking a Spots Directing course, given by Alauda Ruíz (filmmaker from Madrid) of four days lenght, now I´m starting to edit a new documentary film. It´s about the story of David Meca, swimmer who crossed the Estrecho, sea between Spain and Africa, three times in a row It will be a film of 50 minutes called "Volar" (flight).

   Also, I´m finishing the making of Alice´s rendezvous, my latest shor film. I´m making a long version (22m) and soon, I´ll finish a more comercial piece of 6 minutes. They can be watched at my Youtube site.

  Last 31th, appart from dressing up for Halloween, we went to shoot a mime artist show, performing Manolo Carambolas. Three DV cams shooting an entertaining show of clown, juggling, mime, magic and fun. Now, starts the hard job of puting all together.

   The documentary about David Meca stays in stand-by, due to lack of material to edit. Hope to carry on soon.

   Also I´ve finished the DVD authoring for my film Alice´s rendezvous, with all extras (making of, stills, storyboards, interview, out takes and such). if anyone would like a copy, just email me contacto@biktor.net with your adress and I´ll post it free.    Loyal Enemy is a Nu-Metal band placed in Los Angeles (EEUU). They are about to release their first album "Our Beautiful Death", so they are on promotion. Mikki Nilsen, the vocal of the band, has contacted me because he wants me to make an intro video for their upcoming web series. In the past, we have worked together in their music video for the song "One Last Breath", where I was in the position of 1st A. D. and editor.

   I´m now in the process of making that intro using infographic, you can have a peek at the first test of it in my Audio-visual section.

   Also, I´m finishing the edit of Manolo Carambolas´ mime show, which will be finished this week.

   It´s been quite a long time since the last time I updated my website, with circumstances has required it this way. I spent the last three weeks editing a new short film called el Forestal. It´s a psichological thriller that captivated me from the first time I saw it. After a lot of night hours editing, at last we got a final version of it, 7,15 minutes and a great result.

   Another thing tha has kept me really busy lately is the preparation of my trip to London, which I´m doing right in this moment. I´m going for work, my friend Pawel Regdsoz´s film, and for pleasure, to meet my old friends, collect items left behind and to relive great moments in the places of London that once were a part of me.

   Once Im back, I got fresh projects and news that I´ll be informing as soon as they become solid. I´ll be back the 8th of january, till then... have fun and Merry christmas!!!!!

   Happy New Year 2009 for everyone!

   I landed into United Kingdom last 26th of December, in the middle of Xmas, to get involved deeply en in the editing of the short film Pack of Pain, the new work of director Pawel Regdosz. We have worked in 4 films together before, so he offered me the oportunity of coming here to London and edit his film, and so I´ve done!

   After a hard week of editing non-stop from 5pm to 5 am, we are one step away of the final 15 minutes cut. Then, the editing will be finished and I´ll take the footage with me to Spain to make the digital effects.

   On January the 8th I´ll be back to Málaga, where many projects are waiting ahead of me, interesting and promising.

   ¡Working at last!

   Since I came from London, I´ve been working in my new job, a production company that is a consultancy, an events organizer and a media company. Euromedia Consulting.

   So far, I´m working preparing a serie of small comercials for Emergency Services 061. It´s hard work, but step by step I´m sure it´s gonna be an interesting work. Also, I´m in charge of a video database that the company is building for commercial porpouses. And, in addition to that, I´m due to edit a corporative video for Costa del Sol Convention Bureau. So I´m pretty busy at the moment. Great!

   Also, "The Forestal" short film is finished with a great result.

   We are working hard in the making of a serie of episodes for 061, Emergency Number. We have to prepare 13 chapters, each of those will tell a story of one particular accident, and how to deal with it. Form the moment it happens, till the time that the ambulance arrives to the place and attend the emergency. It´s pretty hard job, but I´m sure is going to look great. We start shooting next week.

   Also, I´m still on the way of editing some short films, finishing "Residuos" from director Sigui Gross, finishing the video for Manolo Carambolas mime artist and so on.

   Pretty busy! But happy to be...

      After a while without updating my website (for unavoidable reasons) I come back again to tell about my progress in all the works I´m doing.

   These days we are into preproduction of the new film by Davide Melini "The Sweet hand of teh White Rose", where I´m working as 1st Assitant Director. We have successfully run two auditions to look for actresses. Now, we are working hard on the shooting list. Trying to get everything ready for the shooting, that will be at the beginning of next month.

   Meanwhile, we are very close to finish all the hard shooting for the 061 episodes, just three more days, while I´m capturing the footage and editing it. It´s seriously demanding, but step by step we are making it.

   In addition, editing of Manolo Carambola´s promo and "Residuos" short film continues for a bit longer. And, hopefuly, soon I will be able to start working on "Pack of Pain" film.
